Vendors & Partners
We are very proud of the local vendors and partners we work with to provide the best possible ingredients for our menus. Learn more about these artisans below.
Valdivia Farms
Carlsbad, CA
Carlsbad’s very own Valdivia Farms is legendary in these parts for their off-the-chart heirloom tomatoes. While they might not be the traditional bright red you are accustomed to seeing, their flavor will win you over and make you a tomato afficionado. This local family-owned farm also specializes in specialty produce. Taste what amazing is!
Strauss Farms
San Diego, CA
Straus Family Creamery Founder/CEO Albert Straus is the oldest son of Bill and Ellen Straus. Bill began his dairy farm in the early 1940s in Marshall, on the beautiful shores of Tomales Bay, and Ellen joined him in 1950. They started out small, with only 23 Jersey cows, which they named after family and friends.
Albert Straus and his three siblings were greatly influenced by their parents Bill and Ellen Straus, who were very early environmentalists with a steadfast commitment to be stewards of the land. They saw farmland as a part of a much bigger, natural world that needed to be respected and preserved on its own terms.
Church Brothers Farms
Salinas, CA
The Church family has been an integral part of Salinas Valley agriculture for almost 100 years. Brothers Tom and Steve began working in the lettuce fields as teenagers and founded Church Brothers Farms together in 1999.
Being a grower owned fresh vegetable processor is our differentiator.
Church Brothers Farms is a fully integrated agribusiness from seed to salad bowl, allowing us to offer our customers a robust year-round product line of both value-added vegetables and direct field pack commodities.
